Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. Quality, single occupancy rooms are required, as well as quality meals. The client is not responsible for alcoholic drinks, if any, consumed by GET personnel. Incidental expenses, such as airport transportation and/or parking, shall be covered by an expense advance. Unused funds will be promptly returned, additional expenses shall be billed at cost.
